I worked with Antonio and his son to refinish 60 year old original hardwood floors. They know what they are doing and are real craftsmen in their trade. We would give 10 stars if we could. They sanded ,stained and applied the final coats of finish with the skill of a master tradesman. Clean up was excellent and job finished on time and on budget. Antonio Keep up the good work . Gutierrez Hardwood Floors just refinished our kitchen and entire upstairs and it looks AMAZING! In the kitchen, they had to add a few additional planks as we took down a wall, and after they finished, we couldn’t even tell what they added and what was original! The upstairs looked pretty worn with some staining when we bought the house, but after they refinished the floors, it looks good as new. Gutierrez Hardwood Floors was very professional, reasonably priced, and great to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your next flooring project!
